first thought: the cache is not cleared and your editors have no rights.

so configure your installations that each change to the news-records 
will clear cache of each page a news-plugin is inserted.

in the pages with the newsrecords insert into the page TSConfig:

TCEMAIN.clearCacheCmd = <pagenumbers with news-plugins>
