So, the problem is in fact, that nothing is put in cache right?

You have a tag, called "katalogliste", so you should see it in 'cf_cache_hash_tags' table in 'tag' field (sure, if you're using DB cache for cache_hash). If you don't see it, then check, if your TS outputs something - just test it as usual TEXT cObject and output it somewhere on your page.
