What do you mean by "multiaccounting" or "share their accounts"?

By default fe_users are limited to having unique usernames per folder. 
Depending on the extension you use to let your visitors register 
themselves this limit will prevent people from having the same login 
name (or if you use the email address as username, it will prevent two 
accounts from using the same email address).
