[TYPO3-english] can't login to backend after moving to new server

Hi,

I use TYPO3 ver 6.1.3.
I usually delete all files in the folder typo3temp after moving a site t a new server. This time it just does not work. Images are not shown in the fronted, and I can't log in the backend (the login page just pops up again and again and again …

What am I doing wrong?
