[TYPO3-english] Add new button on list view of Typo3 backend 6.0

Hi all,

This is first time I have posted a question in this forum. Sorry if it is not follow yours rule or convention.
And I have tried to search if someone has the same problem as mine but no one.

My problem is:
In the Typo3 Backend/List, customer wants to have a new button call preview but I don't know how to add a new button in this list without modifying the core. Can we do it by TypoScript or is there any other solution?

If we can do that, how can we handle the event ( build the preview URL, etc)
