[TYPO3-english] RTE: Adding content before or after table

Is it possible to add content before a table in a TYPO3 rte (or after), if 
so, how? There used to be a rightclick option to add a p tag before or after 
something but this is gone now (4.6.x).

Could this be something caused by my editor setup?
