[TYPO3-english] What are the benefits for customers upgrading from 4.5 LTS to 6.2 LTS?

If you followed the development of TYPO3 CMS a bit you've probably 
noticed that Patrick Lobacher has made nice overviews for what is new in 
each release. The German documents:

Starting from 6.0 there are also English versions:

 From these you can collect the features that are important for your 
customers.

Perhaps more important: TYPO3 CMS 4.5 is currently in priority fix mode 
which means that only high impact bugs and security issues will be 
fixed. Normal bugfixes are not applied. And from October 2014 there 
won't be any maintenance done on 4.5 at all.
If your clients haven't upgraded to 6.2 by then their sites will be open 
to any security issues that may be found in 4.5.

Also, extensions will be more and more developed for 6.x and will not 
support 4.x versions anymore. Updates and bugfixes will very likely only 
be done in the version compatible with 6.x
If they want new functionalities from new extensions then it won't be 
possible without migrating to 6.2
