[TYPO3-english] navigation pages show only first page

Hello Dmitry:
If I add type=1 and no_cache=1 to link page navigation works.
How can I add these two parameters in every link of website?
In template I have config.no_cache=1 and config.forceTypeValue=1 but these 
paramas are not added in links.
