[TYPO3-english] enable bmp upload files

Oh sorry, this was a misunderstanding! My intension was that you'll should check _if_ this parameter is set this way, not to set it like this. Since setting it this way, it was one possible reason for other people struggling with the same problem like you

Please check the docu and I would recommend to remove the setting again:

As mentioned already, bmps are allowed by default as well. I do not know how TYPO3 is checking the filetype (I guess by Mimetype?) but have tried another BMP (probably also generated by another image editor)? Maybe the file is corrupt somehow?

Sorry, no more ideas at the moment :-/
