[TYPO3-english] BE login twice or more

Hi

has anybody else noticed that BE users have enter login data twice or 
more to access the Backend?

I have that issue in many installations, some with, but some also 
without saltedpasswords,rsaauth,phpmyadmin and formhandler (I mention 
the last 2 extensions because of http://forge.typo3.org/issues/22141)
