[TYPO3-english] Prevent TYPO3 to generate <body> tag

Hi Christian,

when you edit one of your page templates in the templavoila module, 
there is a tab called "Header Parts". There is a checkbox that tells 
TYPO3 to always use the body tag of this template, when it is selected.
