[TYPO3-english] [EXT : linkhandler] taking account on tt_news single pid config.

Hi,

It would be really cool if linkhandler take account on tt_news single 
pid config.

tt_news single pid can be define by different ways :

- In the content element plugin (in the flexform)
- In the TS template (with TS setup plugin.tt_news.singlePid =)
- By category (singlepid for this category)

I'am ready to work on it, but I would need some hints on the best way to 
do it...
