[TYPO3-english] Workflow - published until approved by chief editor

Hi Tomasz,

Did you have a look at the extension documentation? You find it starting
from TYPO3 4.6 by clicking on the extension name in the Extension Manager.

It should be pretty self-explaining and help you start using workflows.
