[TYPO3-english] Uncaught TYPO3 Exception

Hi,

Typo3 runs on top of PHP. There are PHP extensions called 'modules'. They
add extra functionality to your PHP install. You need the openssl module.
Get it at http://slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html
