Hello,

You have to transfer the following 

fileadmin, uploads, typo3conf and the Mysql DB

Assume in the new server you have already the typo3 core installed.
Modify typo3conf/localconf.php to adjust the DB connectivity.
Set the imagemagick through install tool.
