[TYPO3-english] Extjs Borderlayout

Hello list,

sometime ago i was asked to reduce the complexity of the nested extjs
components used in the outer frame of the TYPO3 backend.

Based on some research i suggest to change the layout rendering to
jQuery Layouts [1]

There are also some really complex examples available, which show, that
this tool is more flexible as the borderlayout of extjs [2, 3].

It's also possible to toggle the centerpane (usefull in TYPO3 to hide
the navigation components) [5]. Cards are supported [6]

Additionally we can have multiple handlers (e.g. to minify module menu
to icons only ...)  [7]


Are there any opinions about that?

I think this can be a good startingpoint to make TYPO3 4.x / 6.x mobile
ready and fast again ;)
