Hi Dominic,

have a look at the "Basic Configuration" section of the Install Tool.
There should be a some info about Suhosin/Hardened PHP regarding the
maximum vars that can be submitted. (suhosin.request.max_vars and
suhosin.post.max_vars)

I don't know if the suggested limit of 400 vars is enough. My setups
usually have this set to 1000, but imho 35 sections are quite a lot. I
remember hitting that limit once, but back then, there was no security
token and so simply not all sections/irre elements were saved.
phpinfo also has a section about suhosin, if it is loaded.
