[TYPO3-english] TYPO3 BE User Profile Picture

Hi guys,

My client requires the posts in FE to have name and image along with each
posts.
These posts are created by BE Users.
I believe by default there is no *User Image Upload* option for the BE user.
Is there any extension with which I can achieve this?
I read somewhere about a Gravatar option, but is there the upload
alternative?
