[TYPO3-english] File-size error

In a new installation with 4.7.4 and TV,  I have also a file size upload problem with the MKB image gallery plugin (galleriffic). Which is as a CE on the page. When I try to upload a large picture in I get:

1: Filesize (4.0 M) of file '/var/www/vhosts/blaaterdeblaatsite.nl/httpdocs/fileadmin/user_upload/foto_album/keukens/keukens_049.JPG' exceeds limit (2.0 M). (tt_content:132:pi_flexform)

So I had a look in the php settings and the TYPO3 upload limit (in the BE have it now set on 54000 )  the php upload_max_filesize en post_max_size are also 8M and 10M. 
Now could here be an other setting preventing the upload of larger files than 2M? Or could this be prevented by the TV settings as well? Do I have to look for a xml file and change that, as mentioned by Shahil?
