[TYPO3-english] Ship Be_layout with extension

Hi Kay,

as Stefano mentioned in a previous post he sent the link of Claus TYPO3 
package:

There is an approach with pure fluid, flex which exactly does what you 
want. The only downside: your code relies on non-system extension but as 
you used TV before this wouldn't be anything new. Here the 
backend-layout concept is getting replaced through pure fluid/flux 
viewhelper.

Check out the fedext website, you'll find some serious good and fun 
stuff as a developer. I replaced TV with this approaches and it runs 
really smooth on my pages.
