[TYPO3-english] Ship Be_layout with extension

Hello Guys,

i'm currently working with the famous TV Framework, but i'm thinking
about the future and so i take some looks into fluid.

TYPO3 4.5 and later support backend_layout.

Is there anyway to completely control this with code that comes from an
extension (pagets,...).

The goal should be to have multiple selectable non sql based
backend_layouts.

What i found so far (sry, it's german, but the TS should be understandable):
