[TYPO3-english] Usage of fixedPostVars in REALURL to get domain.com/page/controller/action/uid URL path structure

is it somehow possible to realize a URL schema like this for extbase 
extensions via e.g. fixedPostVars with EXT:realurl?

yourdomain.com/page123/controllerName/actionName/uidOfRecord
