[TYPO3-english] WEB/Info/Log Admin changelog limit

Hi Katja,

Checked in the code for you, its hardcoded to 100 at 4.5.20, along with a
comment
// Select 100 recent log entries

It sounds like it hasn't changed in 4.7. Would probably be a good idea to
change that, want to open a forge ticket?
