[TYPO3-english] Add TS to one Content element only

I'll do so with pleasure :-).

Theoretically there should be some hooks in the core already where the 
TS could be modified when rendering each record, if I look at this huge 
list:

- so this might be done with an extension already. Do you have any idea 
- if possible - which hook could be used?
