[TYPO3-english] create usename/password for typo3 backend

Password joh316 is for accessing the Install Tool where you can then
create any admin account yourself.

If you have a prompt with username/password, then a typical though not
enforced password for the account with username "admin" is "password"
(when installing a new website of course :D)
