[TYPO3-english] extend number of characters in t_news title

Hi Bob,

take a look at the TCA (Table Configuration Array) for tables. (Configuration module in the BE)
There should be an entry for the news table and a subtree for that like [columns]['title'][config].
You should find the length setting there.
