[TYPO3-english] How to view the code parsed by extension of automaketemplate?

I don't know how to use this extension as a beginer of typo3. In introduction package I did't find the code that sitetitle is modified.

I'm not sure why you would want to see the parsed HTML template, but it is stored in the cache.
