[TYPO3-english] Messy code in Chinese

Has anyone can tell me how to solve the problem of messy code when I put article in chinese?

I'v set the Charset = utf-8 in localconf.php as below, but it's still wrong.
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['BE']['forceCharset'] = 'utf-8';
