[TYPO3-english] how to set up typo3 account

Thanks.
I tried the first option :insert a new user into the beusers table directly
through phpmyadmin, but it does not work,
it shows:
Your login attempt did not succeed

Make sure to spell your username and password correctly, including
upper/lowercase characters.

I will try the other option.
