Let's take a look at the items in [1]:

1. Find missing stdWrap functions (i.e. moneyformat) and try to
implement them.

Functions like hash, round, moneyformat, replacement are part of the core.

2. Find out where stdWrap properties are not applied yet

stdWrap properties were added to just about anything (there may be a few
forgotten places, please report those and/or make fixes).

3. Refactor tslib_content so that stdwrap will move from a switch case
structure to a more object oriented approach.

The way stdWrap is applied has been refactored.

4. Define rules and testcases for chained TypoScript (Examples)

The new properties have unit tests, all other changes were added to the
documentation.

5. Improve Conditions

Conditions have been improved in many areas

I think most of the goals of this project were added to the core during
the development of the last few versions.

Are there any features that you are missing?
