[TYPO3-english] HTTP404 - The webpage cannot be found error

Hi,

 I created a new page (sub page from the main page) in the editor and save it. A very simple page with only text on it. Then launch the webpage using IE9.0 and click at the newly page created ( from the top menu bar) and returns the above error.

 Can anybody help. This is the first time I am using Typo3.
