Do you mean sr_feuser_register? It's quite a bit of work to set up. Not really complicated, but lots and lots of settings and not much fun. I don't have any good advice except "Read the manual". It's complete and will tell you anything you need to know IMO. I don't think we can give you really shorter advice here.

There are alternatives to sr_feuser_register. I haven't tested them all, so I can't say. Not many are really satisfying, which is a shame, as a good replacement to sr_fuser_register would be very welcome.
