- That class is available in TYPO3 4.7.1, but not in 4.5.3, so I guess you installed an extension that isn't compatible with the TYPO3 version you're using. Find the offending extension and delete it from your server manually. Make sure to delete the cached localconf/ext_tables files in typo3conf, too.
- Check the php error log, shouldn't there be more info about the method that wants to use this class?
