[TYPO3-english] Mail list supporters - Reward program

Hi friends,

I am so astonished about some participants of this mail list who really 
try to help almost every one.

Isn't it possible to set up a yearly reward program? The participants 
with most entered tips and tricks could win something? A book or a TYPO3 
merchandise article? And the TYPO3 PR team can write a press release 
about the campaign and the winners.

Voting is not possible in the mail list itself. But either in the forum 
which will be released in future or in a voting application outside.

And I suggest to only execute it in the English list. It is maybe more 
transparent to limit it to one list and will strengthen the English list.
