[TYPO3-english] Backend chrome error 324

Hi Markus,

I have cleared both browser cache and TYPO3 cache like a maniac but to no
avail.
If I open the backend in Opera it tells me that it can't find:

/typo3/sysext/cms/layout/db_layout.php but the file exist.
