[TYPO3-english] EXT powermail (v2.0.0) and typo3 4.7.1

Hi Mohamed,

please use powermail 1.6.8 for production systems, as the version
released as 2.0.0 is ALPHA, which means, it's unstable.

Otherwise you may checkout the SVN at forge.typo3.org -> search for
powermail, to checkout the newest trunk
