[TYPO3-english] ImageMagick is NOT working on my TYPO3

Hi Guan Ming,

in the past, I encountered similar issues with ImageMagick - the remedy
was to run cgi-php instead of php as a module. This seems to be because
only thus you can run shell scripts from php. This would definitely be a
server issue, not Typo3 specific.
