[TYPO3-english] enhancment of formhandler subscription

With the extension formhandler_subscription we have a nice 
implementation of double-opt-in Subscription.
What I'm missing is the possibility to inform admin about a new 
successful subscription.

my first try was to add a mail-finisher to the configuration, but it 
seems that no finisher are called after successful authcodeverification.

there are some subfinisher, but how to configure and call another one?
