[TYPO3-english] Mail Forms

Hello to everybody,

I have a problem with the Mail Form in Typo 4.7.1.
I would like to add a selectbox with the list of the static_countries 
cn_official_name_en.

Here is my actual form:

I have a good form with two countries (France, Deutschland) but this is 
static And I would like a dynamic built selectbox.
I specify that all "countries" or "reason of enquiry" must be translated 
into different languages (French, Spanish, German, Chinese and Arabic)

Does someone has an idea how to do that ?
