You can safely ignore those errors. This are no JS errors, but CSS errors ;)

Once you are logged in, you can try to open the URL of the right frame (yes 
the backend still uses a frame for the right content area) in an own tab. It 
depends on you browser how you can do this, but you can do it with all.

Please post the URL of the right frame here.
