So you are using CoolUri? CoolUri can do that as well ;)

I'd strongly recommend to start using some way of URL rewriting, because 
having URLs like index.php?id=123 is not good.

I guess you need to create your own language menu using e.g. PHP_SCRIPT 
cObject.
