[TYPO3-english] Prevent css_styled_content from overwriting content rendering templates

I found a new hook in 4.7:

$GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['SC_OPTIONS']['GLOBAL']['extTablesInclusion-PostProcessing']

But there is no hook in 4.5 and 4.6. :/

Any idea?
