[TYPO3-english] Reason: File "alt_doc.php" was not found (2)!

I have typo3 4.5.16 installed on two sites.



One with introduction package and one with yaml from
http://t3net-thailand.com/.



I tried to copy and paste text into the normal section on a page in the
introduction package install and got a 404 error message and then copy and
pasted it in the yaml install and got this error: Reason: File
"alt_doc.php" was not found (2)! alt_doc.php does exist with 644 premission.



Any idea what these are? Below is the test I am trying to copy and paste. I
get this error with other text as well.
