[TYPO3-english] Mask fe users password in backend

Hello,

I'm working with a TYPO3 4.5.8 and I need to mask frontend users
password in BE (replace 1234 by **** :)).

Do you know if it is possible and how ? I cannot find a piece of TS for
that :/
