[TYPO3-english] ttnews_rss_import wont work with the scheduler, how do i set user rights correctly?

The extension imports external data into tt_news records and creates 
tt_news categories if necessary. So, _cli_scheduler needs to have read 
and write access to tt_news, tt_news categories and the mm-table which 
connects the two.
Besides that, it needs access to the folder where the tt_news items are 
stored.

Best solution is to set up a BE user group with the necessary 
permissions and set this group in the _cli_scheduler user.
