[TYPO3-english] Condition for language of the record

Hello,

I have a TYPO3 installation with one tree multiple languages with config.
sys_language_overlay = content_fallback.

I'm using TT News and some records do not have translation in a certain
language. Is it possible to parse different rules for the teaser crop based
on something like this

[globalVar = GP:L = 4] && [record language]
displayList.subheader_stdWrap.crop = 30 | ... | 1
[global]
