[TYPO3-english] DirectMail extension

@Erik 
I have seen the Wiki pages thanks. I will dive into it again and see how to get it all together. Some of those Wiki pages seems a bit outdated to me, and therefor are a bit confusing. 

@Oliver,  I will have a look at that extension. 

Anyone out there who managed to get this running smoothly? Or has some additional suggestions. Thanks in advance.
