[TYPO3-english] How do you organize external TypoScript files?

and to the same idea of LOCAL / DEV / LIVE you have 
typo3conf/localconf_local.php
which holds the differences for LOCAL / DEV / LIVE and its included in 
typo3conf/localconf.php
