[TYPO3-english] Where are the changelogs in Extension Manager?

It's a missing piece in the new EM. I made myself a task to do it 
(http://forge.typo3.org/issues/29622), but I haven't had the time yet 
and nobody else picked it up either.

Unless you really meant viewing the Changelog file, which is perfectly 
possible by using the "Files" tab in an extension's detail view.
