[TYPO3-english] Partial clearing cache

Hi!

I have an extension that inserts records in tt_content and pages
tables directly.

Currently after I insert records on the table pages, I have to clear
all the cache in order to see the changes in the website. How can I
generate the cache again only for the affected part by the new /
updated record in pages table?
